Quick response and service. A little pricey considering I paid full price for just a small balcony area, but would have been a good deal if I wanted him to spray inside too. Would definitely recommend.

Johnny did an amazing job at our house in San Diego.  We had a problem with rodents getting into our attic as well as the garage and other areas.   Johnny came out, identified the issues, and gave us a range of practical solutions to address the problem (which were far more reasonable than the other services we had out).   It’s been two months and the exclusion solutions are still working well.  Very professional and reliable.

Johnny was awesome to work with from our first communication. He was easy to get ahold of, transparent, and punctual. He completed a subterranean termite treatment at my home which was done in a very professional manner. Would absolutely work with JBC again!

I had a great experience with JBC. I knew I had some termite issues and I wanted a company that would not only treat our home without tenting, but would also repair the wood damage. Johnny came out, gave us an estimate and did the treatments. He treated the wood all around our home and in the Attic. All while we remained at home. The following week Fred and his assistant did the repairs, which were extensive. He pretreated all of the wood to prevent further termite damage. His assistant, Jose, even repaired parts of the roof to prevent future water damage. JBC and their team definitely went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend them.

Johnny has been great through the whole termite inspection and treatment process. I noticed some evidence of termites outside my front door this summer and had several folks come by to inspect. Because I’m part of condo complex, my neighbor and I agreed to get one more opinion, which was when my neighbor contacted JBC and Johnny came out and inspected both our places.
Unlike some of the other inspectors, Johnny clearly explained what evidence of activity he saw and provided options without trying to apply scare tactics or denigrating the competition. It took us a while to follow up with him due to personal travel and coordination, but when we did he quickly scheduled us and was then flexible about adjusting the time due to rain that might increase the mess as he came and went from the houses.
Johnny performed spot treatments and spraying in the attic at both houses and cleaned up all evidence of previous termite activity so we will be able to tell if/when new activity occurs. He also spot treated the front corner of my house where I had initially seen evidence of activity. He left everything spotless and the holes he needed to drill into the wall are hardly noticeable so I can take my time before finding the paint to match!
Johnny answered all of my questions fully and helped me understand exactly what he was doing and why. He explained what to expect going forward and made sure I didn’t have any other questions or concerns before calling it a day.
On top of all that, Johnny gave us a great price for his exceptional service.
We will absolutely reach out to him again when we need our next inspection and treatment (though we hope the latter will be much later)!
